Our capabilities
State-of-the-art coating technologies, precision machining, and value-added services engineered to extend component life and performance.
Coating Technologies
We apply state-of-the-art industrial coatings to diverse materials and critical components, engineered to deliver superior resistance against Corrosion, Wear and Abrasion, Erosion and Cavitation, Extreme Temperatures.
Our precision coating solutions extend component life and enhance performance across demanding industrial applications.
Atmospheric Plasma Spray (APS) is a high-temperature coating process used to deposit dense and durable ceramic or metallic coatings. The plasma jet melts the coating material, which is then propelled onto the substrate to form a strong, adherent layer.
APS is ideal for thermal barrier, wear-resistant, and corrosion-protective applications in aerospace, power generation, and industrial components.
HVOF is a precision coating process that produces extremely dense, hard, and well-bonded coatings. The coating powder is accelerated by a supersonic gas stream and impacts the surface to form a smooth, low-porosity layer. HVOF coatings are widely used for enhancing wear resistance, corrosion protection, and surface restoration of critical components
Electric Arc Spray uses two consumable wires that form an arc to melt the material, which is atomized by compressed air and sprayed onto the surface. This cost-effective process is well-suited for large-scale applications requiring corrosion protection, rebuilding worn surfaces, and restoring dimensional tolerances.
The Spray and Fuse process combines flame spraying with subsequent fusing of the deposited layer at high temperature to achieve metallurgical bonding. This results in a dense, pore-free coating with superior wear and corrosion resistance, ideal for shafts, valves, and sealing surfaces operating under severe conditions.
Flame Spray is a versatile thermal spray process where powder or wire feedstock is melted using an oxy-fuel flame and sprayed onto the substrate. It offers an economical solution for wear and corrosion resistance, dimensional restoration, and decorative coatings on a wide range of materials.
Dry Film Lubrication (DFL) is a specialized coating process that applies a solid lubricant layerātypically containing graphite, molybdenum disulfide, or PTFEāonto metal surfaces. The coating forms a thin, uniform film that reduces friction, prevents galling, and enhances wear resistance under extreme temperature and load conditions. DFL coatings are ideal for components operating in aerospace, defense, and high-precision mechanical systems where conventional lubricants cannot be used.
Coating offers a highly effective corrosion-resistant barrier designed for components exposed to aggressive environments. This coating provides excellent adhesion, uniform coverage, and high-temperature stability, making it ideal for aerospace and, enhancing the lifespan and performance of components under oxidative stress. CC-1 coatings are also used as bond coats for further topcoat applications, ensuring superior interface integrity.
